J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: JAX) (the Company), owner and
operator of the J. Alexander’s, Redlands Grill, Stoney River Steakhouse
and Grill and Lyndhurst Grill collection of restaurants, today announced
the promotion of Jason S. Parks to Vice President and Chief Information
Officer of the Company.
Lonnie J. Stout II, President and Chief Executive Officer, made the
announcement and said Parks has already assumed his new role.
“Jason has proven himself as an invaluable leader in directing the
evolution of our Information Systems,” Stout said. “His contributions
have enhanced the breadth of our management team and will continue to
benefit the Company as we expand our base of restaurants.”
Prior to being named to his present executive post earlier this year,
Parks served the Company as the Director of Information Systems. He held
the same position with J. Alexander’s Holdings, LLC and subsidiaries
from February 2013 to February 2018, and with J. Alexander’s Corporation
from July 1996 to February 2013.
Parks joined the Company in May 1991 as a server in the first J.
Alexander’s restaurant in Nashville, and was later promoted as the first
internal management hire. Parks served in restaurant management from
January 1992 to July 1996. He holds a Master of Science in Information
Systems from the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn
University.
