New Restaurant Features Menu of American Classics
J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: JAX) (the Company), which owns and
operates a collection of upscale restaurants, today announced the
opening of a new J. Alexander’s in the King of Prussia community at 265
Mall Boulevard approximately 15 miles from Philadelphia.
Lonnie J. Stout II, President and Chief Executive Officer of J.
Alexander’s Holdings, Inc., said the J. Alexander’s restaurant has
seating for approximately 220 guests. Steve Borriello, a graduate of
Penn State University with more than six years of experience with J.
Alexander’s, has been named General Manager.
“We are delighted to announce the opening of our J. Alexander’s in the
King of Prussia community,” said Lonnie J. Stout, II, President and
Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to be here and to welcome
guests to our newest restaurant.”
The J. Alexander’s menu features a wide selection of made-from-scratch
American classics – hand-cut steaks, prime rib of beef, fresh seafood
and sushi, along with a large assortment of interesting salads,
sandwiches and homemade desserts. The J. Alexander’s restaurant in King
of Prussia also has a rotating selection of unique features, examples of
which include Seafood Czarina, Tuscan Steak, Fresh Grilled Fish with
Mango Papaya Salsa and Chicken Milanese. The restaurant has a
full-service bar with unique cocktails and an outstanding selection of
award-winning wines by the glass and bottle.
“Guests in King of Prussia will dine in a restaurant characterized by a
distinctive architecture and ambiance,” Stout continued. “In creating
this ambiance, we are using European stemware for all of our wine
service, high quality plate ware, roomy seating packages, furniture
grade tabletops, commissioned artwork, and a high level of detail
finishes in all areas of the restaurant.”
